Stow-Away living comes to London Waterloo

Southbank

We’re delighted to see the opening of Stow-Away Waterloo, which provides a different way to stay in London. It describes itself as being an ‘eco-friendly apart-hotel concept’. The accommodation, made from 26 re-purposed shipping containers, promises to be a ‘snug comfortable Stow-Away sleeping experience’. You can base yourself within central London on a flexible basis, booking for one night or a few months. We love the styling because it offers a tranquil relief from the pace of London life at the end of a busy day.

If living as a stow-away begins to lose its appeal, our Frank Harris office is currently marketing a beautiful two-bedroom apartment* close by. Located on Frazier Street, the first floor property is in a small block of just 5 flats and is near to everything that the South Bank has to offer.

The current owner enjoys browsing around the fabulous independent shops and boutiques of Lower Marsh Market at weekends. They often take in the latest shows at the Old Vic  and New Vic, both located nearby, too. For local shopping, you’re hard pushed to find better fresh fruit and vegetables than the produce at 55 Frazier Street. If you’re looking for a bit of glamour, be sure to visit the Mondrian Hotel’s Spa nearby. Not only is there a spa, The Mondrian Hotel also features a Curzon cinema in the basement.

We would be delighted to arrange a viewing of the apartment. Please contact our Frank Harris City branch on 020 7600 7000. Or email city@frankharris.co.uk to find out more details.

*In accordance with section 21 of the Estate Agents Act 1979, we declare there is a personal interest in the sale of this property.
