Which areas do we cover?

Our dedicated Short Let department specialises in offering short-term rental properties and serviced apartments to the corporate and private sector alike. Our coverage extends across the City, the West End, south west and central London, as well as Weybridge, Surrey and the surrounding areas of Elmbridge. We work in association with a number of short-term rental providers to provide a wider range of properties that extend beyond our office network.

What's included?

A short let tenancy is generally classed as being anything lasting less than six months in length.

All serviced apartments and most short let accommodation includes:

  • Utilities
  • Television license
  • Internet costs

The properties are generally fully furnished and include bed linen and towels. A full cleaning service is usually included with a change of linen and towels.

How does a short let benefit our Landlords?

  • A short let can generate a regular rental income to those Landlords living in an area that plays host to high-profile events, such as Wimbledon Tennis or international Rugby tournaments
