Last night the Southampton Row lettings team and Marchmont Street sales team at Bloomsbury estate agents Frank Harris and Company, met up after work at the Marquis of Cornwallis on Marchmont Street to do the annual Secret Santa.
Amongst the gifts exchanged was a figure of St Joseph, who evidently is the Patron Saint of Real Estate. Apparently, the Americans have a long tradition of burying a statue of Saint Joseph upside down in the yard while they put their house up for sale.
We agents do not have to rely on saintly help to help sell or rent out properties. We just have expert local knowledge and a good understanding of the Central London property market.
