We’re very excited to see ’practical completion’ on the Bear Pit, that is to say hand-over of the building from the builders to the developers.  This represents the beginning of the end of upwards of three years work, from consultation on the building to the entire sales and lettings process.  We are now in the process of showing the new owners around the properties they will take ownership of in the next couple of weeks.

 This development is located on London’s Bankside, at the very heart of an area steeped in historical significance, within moments of some of the world’s most famous and exciting cultural attractions. The Bear Pit is made up of 23 exceptional apartments built on the site of a 16th Century theatre and bear baiting arena within sight of iconic landmarks such as Shakespeare Globe, Millennium Bridge, Tate Modern and St Paul’s.

No bears now though apart from stuffed ones bought from local souvenir shops!
