Construction nearing completion on the Bear Pit, SE1
We’re very excited to see ‘practical completion’ on the Bear Pit, that is to say hand-over of the building from the builders to the developers. This represents the beginning of the end of upwards of three years work, from consultation on the building to the entire sales and lettings process.
